Digital gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 increments and can be redeemed when making purchases through our online store.
Please be aware that gift cards cannot be redeemed during in-person transactions and cannot be applied towards any event memberships or ticketing. We appreciate your understanding!
All orders will be fulfilled by Naka-Kon volunteers. We try to ship weekly, but exact shipping times will vary based on volunteer availability.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
If you're not happy with your order, you may return any unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by contacting emerch@naka-kon.com. Returns made within 30 days of the order purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Return shipping will not be provided by us.
